Jin Rong Chen is a painter who lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Originally from China, he graduated from Central Institute of Fine Art Beijing China in 1980. He first moved to Halifax in 1990, attending the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design as a visiting scholar. He has been a landscape painter for over 30 years!
